Site safety & daily reporting

The morning meeting, written down properly.

SiteCheck records the prestart meeting, the toolbox talk and the supervisor's daily report on a phone at the site gate — hazards and controls, permits, underground services and the crew's signatures. It works with no signal and syncs when you're back in range.

Part of the Check suite

From the New Zealand team behind FleetCheck. Three products that share one set of people, sites and sign-ins — so a supervisor who already uses one can pick up the next without another account.

  • FleetCheck — vehicle prestarts & fleet
  • SiteCheck — site meetings & reports
  • DocuCheck — contracts & signing

What SiteCheck does

The three conversations that happen on every site every day — captured as you have them, not typed up from memory that evening.

Prestart meetings

The morning briefing, in order: job and location, anything that happened yesterday, then accidents, incidents and near misses — each recorded with detail and whether it was reported. Hazards are built up activity by activity, with the controls agreed against each one.

Toolbox talks

What was covered under health and safety, environment and quality — plus anything else raised, the risk controls put in place, and the actions that came out of it, with every attendee signed on.

Supervisor daily reports

Weather, who was on site and in what capacity, which plant was yours and which was hired, materials delivered and used, subcontractors, extras and variations — and the day's progress in your own words.

Built for no coverage

Everything is written to the phone first, so a cutting with no signal works exactly like one in town. Reports upload themselves once you're back in range — nobody has to remember to press send.

What gets recorded

Everything the paper form asked for, and the parts people used to leave blank:

  • Accidents, incidents & near misses
  • Whether each one was reported
  • Activities, hazards & controls
  • JSEA reviewed — and why not, if not
  • Permits required, and which permit
  • Underground services
  • Supervisor, operator & subcontractor signatures
  • Site photographs
  • Labour on site
  • Plant — owned and hired
  • Materials delivered & used
  • Extras & variations
  • Weather
